I wrote the following note to compliment the good service I recently received from Premier, and am sharing it here for others to see:
Dear Glenda,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your employees, especially the delivery man Jermaine (and the other delivery man with him too) , for the professionalism and courtesy shown to me during a recent furniture delivery to my home. So often, customers are quick to complain, but don't take the time to send compliments for good work (I am guilty of this too often myself). The item being delivered was a Lawyer's bookcase. The delivery was made in the evening of Feb 2, 2012, and Jermaine was very good about communicating with me about the timing so I would know what to expect. Upon arrival, Jermaine introduced himself to me and I showed him where to put the item after taking it off the truck. After a long day of work, both of the delivery men could have been in a hurry to get on their way, but they did not act like it - they were very pleasant, courteous, and patient. I wanted to make sure the bookcase was ok (and make sure it was the right item) before they left, so it was unboxed and some significant damage was immediately seen on the backside of the bookcase. This was very disappointing to me, but Jermaine was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do about the damaged item (I had never received a damaged furniture item before, so I was not sure of the procedure). I was very impressed with these delivery men, especially Jermaine, and I wanted you to know that even though I was not satisfied with the broken bookcase, I was most certainly satisfied by the service your men provided to me. I did ask for a replacement bookcase, so perhaps I will see these nice gentlemen again when the replacement is delivered. Thanks for the good service!
